These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Hybrid Cleaning and to bookings/enquiries made through this website. Please read them before booking. Text shown like this should be confirmed/completed by the business owner to match how the business actually operates.

1. About us

2. Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this website, including any figure produced by the online booking estimator, are indicative. They are not a fixed quote. We will confirm the final price with you before your clean goes ahead, based on the size, condition and requirements of your property.

3. Bookings

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed only once we contact you to agree the date, time and price. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred slot but cannot guarantee availability until confirmed.

4. Pricing and payment

Payment is due [on completion of the clean / within X days of invoice]. We accept [bank transfer / card / cash — list your methods]. Regular (recurring) bookings are charged per visit. Any additional work agreed on the day may be charged accordingly.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice, or if our cleaner cannot access the property on arrival, may be subject to a fee of [amount / % of the clean] to cover our time.

6. Access to your property

You are responsible for arranging safe access for the agreed appointment (for example, being home, providing a key, or a key-safe code). Please let us know about alarms, pets, parking and any areas you do not want us to clean.

We take pride in our work. If you are not happy with any part of your clean, please tell us within 24 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra charge. This does not affect your legal rights.
